I’ve been using vaporizers since 2007 when a buddy bought a Volcano that uses a bag. I wasn’t impressed. I had the opportunity to use a Firefly and then a Pax. I still wasn’t impressed. Then came the Crafty. I was impressed so I bought one. It quit holding a charge a few months after the warranty expired. I sucked it up and bought the new Crafty plus. 6 months later the on/off switch quits working properly. Well, Stolz and Bickel is in Germany and it happened during Covid times so I got absolutely no response and gave up. I did a lot of research before deciding to buy the Solo 2. I’m glad I did. I am definitely impressed.It hits smoothly at lower temperatures and has a good hard draw at higher temperatures. The battery is fantastic and consistently lasts for close to 3 hours. For 11 months I used it 6 times a day for 20-30 minutes each time before I wore out the ring around the menu button. Truthfully, I was a little surprised nothing else was wore out with as much as I use it. So, I contacted Arizer through email and was promptly and courteously responded to (by Jessica and later by Eliza) with very easy instructions and then answers to my questions. I expected it to take a few weeks but was very, very happy when I received it back exactly one week later. Not that I would’ve been suffering if it had taken a few weeks. I was so impressed not only with the Solo 2 but also the great customer service that I bought an additional Solo 2 before I sent the first one in. Great product and service!

Kudos and much respect to Arizer for fully standing behind their product. Fast shipping, excellent products and service. I’m reunited with my Solo 2 in 2 days. Yes……you will be seeing me again and again. Happy in the Virgin Islands.

I hav had mo solo 2 for about 8 months love how it works ,perfect amount of flower. Unfortunately, the button on mine broke I contacted customer service and gave me the information to send it in. I mailed it in and four days later I got it back works better than when I first got it super quick no complaints. I would suggest anyone beginner or experienced..
