Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of new and unused items ordered directly from arizeruk.com for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Before returning an item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are issued once we’ve received and inspected the return. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Used products or parts

     

  • Batteries (new or used)

     

  • Damaged or defective items

     

  • Items not purchased directly from arizeruk.com

     

If you experience an issue with a product, please contact us for troubleshooting or warranty service.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible after payment. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number. We will do our best to help.

Damaged Items

Glass components are not covered under warranty, but if any item arrives broken, contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Pricing and Currency

All prices on arizeruk.com are listed in British Pounds (GBP). We reserve the right to adjust pricing and correct errors at any time.

Order Acceptance

Order confirmations are sent automatically when you complete checkout, but this does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order and may request additional information before processing. If your order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued.

We only sell to end-user customers. Orders suspected for resale may be cancelled.

Exchanges and Upgrades

We do not offer exchanges or product upgrades. If you ordered the wrong item and it is new and unused, return it for a refund, then place a new order for the correct item.

Product Availability

Product availability and quantities may be limited at any time. We reserve the right to change availability without notice.

Age Verification

We use a third-party service (e.g. AgeChecker) to verify the age of customers as required by UK law. Your name, address, and date of birth may be collected and verified. Photo ID, if submitted, is deleted after verification.

Please be aware that due to circumstances following Brexit, orders that are coming from our warehouse in NI are subject to the NI Protocol and can lead to delays and custom checks.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – This has an expected delivery time-frame of 1-3 working days after dispatch depending if order is before cut-off – This is not a next-day guaranteed delivery service.

Dispatch can take 24/48 hours depending on stock.

Orders placed before 11:00 am CET  – Same Day Shipping (Monday – Thursday)

Orders placed before 10:00 am CET – Same Day Shipping (Friday)

Orders placed after 11:00am CET – during the week / weekends are processed and shipped NEXT BUSINESS DAY

Royal Mail aims to get your order onto they’re tracking service and system with in 24 hours and delivered in this time-frame but is not guranteed. 

Please be aware we not refund for these delays if Royal Mail do not arrive within’ the timeframe. 

If you order twice in the one day we can ship in the one order. Orders after will be shipped the next day with seperate shipping. Please contact us if there is any issues with orders revolving same shipment.

We cannot compensate or refund for these delays.

Free Shipping on all UK orders

  • We offer Free Shipping anywhere in UK on all orders over £50. (Excluding the Channel Islands/Gibraltar – Custom Charges may also apply)
  • EU Orders ship out via UPS  (Custom duties/import fees may apply – Please allow 7-10 working days after order has been dispatched for orders)
  • International orders from outside working operations can take 3 weeks (Custom duties/import fees may apply)
  • Orders rejected due to customs will still have shipping cost applied and is not refundable

For domestic orders under our free shipping policy we normally ship with varies carriers such as Hermes, UPS, Royal Mail and Parcelforce depending on your location, delivery can take 1-5 working days after it has been dispatched.

  • UPS Standard orders take 24 hours to get fulfilled and once dispatched you will be notified– (Monday – Thursday – Excluding bank/national holidays – Observed in NI)
  • Free Shipping orders take 24-48 hours to get fulfilled and once dispatched you will be notified– (Monday – Thursday – Excluding bank/national holidays – Observed in NI)

Discreet Shipping:

To make sure your privacy is kept, we ship all packages in a plain brown box with absolutely no product labels of any kind.

The address does not include ‘Herbalize Store’. There’s no way of telling what’s inside the package or who the sender is!

Lost Parcels:

If a parcel seems to be lost, we are able to process a claim after 14 days after it has been dispatched. We would recommend waiting this time as the carrier may be expecting delays.

Claims for lost parcel may take 7-10 working days to resolve with the carrier.

Our warehouse is located in Banbridge, Northern Ireland. At this time we cannot offer next day delivery guarantee due to limitation from the NI protocol forcing custom checks that prohibits next day deliveries.

Missed Deliveries and Delays

If your shipping method requires a signature and you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection. If no signature is required, the item may be left in a safe place.

Arizer UK is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has left the warehouse, but we will help resolve any issues. If your package is late, contact us with your order number at [email protected].
